saw the POTC-2 movie last night ... holy crap
I think it should be against the law to show such a movie before the sequel is finished ... grrrrrr. .. what a cliff hanger!

I kept looking at Davy Locker and saying to myself "I know that guy" and then it dawned on me who it was ... 'duh' He was brilliant! I couldn't imagine any one else playing that part. Bill Nighy really did steal the scenes; him and his really cool beard ... he was great!

Norington really is a rat bastard isn't he ....Die you venomous coward - die!!!

I know there are a lot of people who don't like Keira Knightley - but I'm not one of them. I really think she has played her role in both movies rather well. And I really liked what the script writers did for the near-ending ... Elizabeth and Jack have now exchanged curiosities ... brilliant!

the last scene was truly amazing ... OMG ... what an incredible creature ... I'm so anxious to find out how he gets out of the belly of this creature ... "come on beastie ... you're gonna be sorry you took Jack that way" *insert evil laughter here*... and I'm thinking Davy Jones will have something to do with his escape.

Going to be a hell of a showdown on the POTC-3
I can't wait ... and Yun-Fat Chow is going to be in it also .. woohoo

And did anyone else notice that Tia Dalma had the same locket as what was on the face of the trunk???
I'm thinking she has something to do with Davy Jones's past love ... hmmm interesting to be sure!

In book two - HP and the Chamber of Secrets - Ron receives a howler from his mom. This above so much of JKR's writing, reminded me of a couple times when I lost it with my kids ... which usually began with the excitable, high-pitched words "What do you think you were doing ..." and continued on from there. I still shake my head at times, wondering how my kids lived to be adults with some of the things they did.

for instance - both test HP & this one are based on the Myers-Briggs test
yet in the HP test sixxy got an iNFj and on this one she got an iSFp
in the HP test nixxy got an eNTp and on this one she got an eNFj
I got either a iNFj or iNTp on the HP but on this one I got an iNTj

so really, in my opinion, these tests are merely results of the perceptions of the person who created the tests and how we perceive the perceptions in relation to their questions.
